Eggplants Firebird
Ingredients:
- eggplants
- tomatoes
- bacon
- cheese
For gas station:
- mayonnaise
- sour cream
- garlic
- greens
To cut eggplant lengthways on 2 parts.
Lengthways we cut each half on strips, not dorezy up to the end, to prisolit and leave for 30 minutes.
To cut cheese on plates, bacon on plates, to cut tomatoes with half rings.
To wash away eggplant from salt and to blot excess water.
We spread in form in which it will be baked!
Between plates of eggplant we stack bacon, cheese, tomato.
We pepper from above and we pour dressing.
For gas station we mix mayonnaise with sour cream 1:1 (it is possible and without mayonnaise who does not love), we add small cut garlic and greens, it is possible for spice.
We bake minutes 30 at 180 C.
