Chicken of curry with cashew
Ingredients:
Desi - 4 tablespoons Onions crushed - 2 glasses Garlic - 2 cloves Ginger (fresh) - 1 tablespoon Curry - 3 tablespoons Salt - 2 teaspoons Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon Paprika - 1/8 teaspoons Chicken without wings and skin - 8 pieces Tomato paste - 1 bank Cilantro - 1/4 glasses Cashew - 110 g Unsweetened yogurt - 200 ml
Cut small onions, squeeze out garlic and 1 tablespoon of small cut ginger.
Prepare chicken. On frying pan warm up desi. Lay out onions, garlic and ginger. Fry within 5 minutes.
Mix in curry bowl, salt, caraway seeds and paprika.
Add to onions, periodically stirring slowly, spices and prepare within 5 minutes. Then lay out chicken and mix. Prepare 3 minutes. Mix tomato paste with cilantro. Shift paste in frying pan and bring to the boil, then reduce fire.
Cover frying pan and prepare about an hour. The chicken has to propechsya. Grind cashew in the blender.
At the end add ground nuts and yogurt to frying pan. Mix.
