The baked potatoes with bacon and cheese
Ingredients:
potatoes — 4 pieces
lardons — 6-8 pieces
big yellow onions — 1 piece
garlic — 2 cloves
sour creams — 1/2 glasses
strong cheese Cheddar — 1 glass
salt and pepper — to taste
olive oil — to taste
Preparation:
1. To warm oven to 220 gr. To line baking tray aluminum with foil. To wash potatoes, to water with olive oil and to salt. To pin potatoes several times fork. To lay out potatoes on baking tray. To bake 50-60 min. until potatoes become soft.
2. To cut bacon in cubes. To heat frying pan on average fire and to fry bacon. To lay out on paper towels and to allow to flow down to fat. To merge from frying pan all fat, except 1 h. spoons. To fry the cut onions and a half salt teaspoon until onions do not become caramel. To add the crushed garlic and to fry 30 more sec. To remove from fire.
3. When potatoes cool down, to cut it in half and to remove interior by means of spoon, leaving layer 6 mm thick. To mash the taken potatoes with onions, garlic, fat from bacon, sour cream and 3/4 cups of grated cheese Cheddar. To add salt and pepper if necessary.
4. To lay out potatoes on baking tray. To fill deepenings with stuffing and to strew from above remained 1/4 glasses of grated cheese Cheddar.
5. To bake potatoes within 15-20 min. To give directly on baking sheet.
