The baked chicken with lemons and white wine.
Ingredients for 6 portions:
1 chicken weighing about 2 kg (I have on photo national team from wings and ham)
1 large lemon
4 small bulbs (it is possible to take the 2nd averages)
300 ml of white dry wine
1 tsps of dry thyme
1 head of garlic
salt to taste
We cut chicken on flank steaks and we put in fire-resistant form.
We cut each bulb on 4-6 parts. Lemons it is cut on thin slices. Garlic is sorted on cloves, we do not remove skin. We crush each clove flat part of knife.
We put onions, garlic and slices of lemon to chicken. We salt and strew with thyme. We mix.
We pour in wine in form and we put in the oven warmed to 200 degrees. We bake, periodically watering chicken with liquid from form, to readiness, about 40 minutes.
When giving at will we strew with greens.
It is ideally combined with rice.
