Spanish donuts of Churros

Spanish donuts of Churros

Ingredients:
0,25 glasses of butter
2/3 glasses of flour
sugar
1 tbsps.
eggs
2 pieces
sunflower oil for hot fan
icing sugar for topping
salt
Preparation:
1) To mix oil, salt and sugar about 2/3 glasses of water, to bring to the boil.
2) To remove from fire, to enter sifted flour, to knead dough. To hammer into egg dough.
3) To lay out dough in pastry bag with wide star-shaped nozzle.
4) In the sunflower oil heated to 190 °C to squeeze out dough in the form of sticks (or kalachik, at will) on two for time – and to fry 3–4 min., till golden color.
5) To take out ready churrosa from hot fan skimmer and to dry on kitchen paper. To strew churros with icing sugar and to give warm.
