It is possible to use ready puff pastry

Ingredients:

– milk – 200 ml
– egg – 1 piece.
– desi – 75 g
– fresh yeast – 20 g
– yeast powder – 1 h. l.
– salt – 1 tbsp.
– sugar – 1 tbsp.
– wheat flour – about 1 kg (how many will take dough)
– cooked sausage – 300 g (sausage has to be it is thin the cut - it is desirable, to ask is thin to cut upon purchase in supermarket).

Preparation:

To part yeast in warm milk, to knead dough and to put for 1 hour per warm place for rise.
To roll ready dough in not really thin layer and suitable formochka (for example, drinking bowl) to cut out even quantity of testyany circles in the size of circles of the cut sausage.

Between each two testyany circles to place circle from sausage.

To make around 8 radial cuts at identical distance from each other and receding from the center that the central part remained whole a little.

2 the next sectors received when cutting to turn everyone round radius in different directions on 60-70 degrees (one to the left, another to the right) that the slices of sausage concluded in them have risen almost vertically.

To grease from above with yolk and to place in previously warmed oven.
To bake at temperature of 180 gr. With to readiness.
