Ingredients:
200 ml. warm milk
30 gr. desi
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 pieces egg
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1/4 tsps of salt
1 h. spoon with hill of yeast Saf Moment
2-2.5 flour glass
2 pieces of apple

boiled concentrated milk
Preparation:
To sift in bowl of 3 tablespoons of flour, to mix with yeast, to pour in warm milk, to stir, so far to set aside sponge dough aside.
To kindle oil, to pour in bowl, to add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and egg, everything is good to mix, pour mix in sponge dough, gradually to add other sifted flour, to knead not hard, but soft dough, to cover, clean in heat for 30-40 minutes, no more, dough has to approach a little during this time.
To grate apple on small grater, to wring out excess juice, to mix apple with sugar to taste, about 1-2 tablespoons, it is possible to add a little cinnamon.
To shift the suitable dough to the table strewed with flour, it is a little to press down of it, to divide into 2 parts. To roll the first half in rectangular layer, to grease it not much creamy oil, then a little boiled condensed milk, to put half of apple filling.
