Rolls from ham with champignons in creamy sauce

Ingredients:

on 15 rolls:
Ham – 15 slices
Champignons – 400g
Onions – 1 large piece.
Cream (10%) – 200 ml
White dry wine – 70 ml
Milk – 50 ml
Flour – 2-3 h. l.
Salt, svezhemoloty black pepper, vegetable oil, fennel greens (at will)

Preparation:

Champignons to wash up, dry, small to cut, to peel onions, small to cut.
Fennel to wash up, dry, small to cut or sort on small branches.
To fry onions and champignons 10-15 minutes on vegetable oil, to salt, pepper.
On edge of slice of ham to put 1-1,5 tablespoons of the champignons fried with onions and to curtail roll, thus to prepare all rolls.
In bowl to mix milk, cream, wine, flour, to mix to odorodnost.
To oil form for roasting vegetable, to lay out rolls in form, to fill in with creamy sauce and to put in the oven warmed to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
To give rolls hot, with fennel greens (at will).
