Ingredients:
Pork (brisket) - 500g
Salt, pepper, ginger - to taste
Mustard - 2-3 tsps.
Onions - 2sht.
Flour - 3st.l.
Preparation:

P.S. meat should not be beaten off!!! - otherwise it will lose all the juice - will roast away, will be dry and rigid!
