Ingredients:
yellow and red paprika - on 1 pod
leek - 1 stalk
potatoes - 800 g
garlic - 1 clove
melted butter - 50 g
cheese feta - 100 g
thyme - 1 bunch
salt, pepper
Preparation:
The paprika to clear of seeds and to cut at first on quarters, and then thin strips. Leek also to clean and cut lengthways in half, then slices on 4 cm, and them in turn - narrow strips.
Potatoes to clear and cut circles. Small to chop garlic.
To fry potatoes in 1,5 tablespoons of melted butter, small portions, mixing all the time (on all volume at you about 15-20 min. have to leave) till golden color. To lay out, salt and pepper.
To cut cheese in cubes, garlic to chop, tear off thyme leaves.
To add the remains of melted butter to frying pan and to fry in it garlic and vegetables within 10 min. To season.
To add potatoes, cheese, thyme, again to season and give on table.
