Potato pancakes from mashed potatoes
Ingredients:
Mashed potatoes (with garlic) – 2,5-3 glasses
Protein – 2 pieces
Parmesan (grated) – 1/3 glasses
Bread crumbs – 1/3 glasses
Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 220 degrees. Oil form for roasting. Beat whites. In separate bowl mix bread crumbs with grated parmesan. Stick together small flat cakes (8 pieces) from mashed potatoes.
2. Dip at first into protein, then in crackers and lay out on dish. Bake 15 minutes to golden crust. Turn and prepare 10-20 more minutes to be fried thoroughly on the other hand.
