Pie without baking of Vinogradink
Ingredients:
Sour cream (it is not less than 20% of fat content) — 700 g
Cracker (with poppy, crackling) — 300 g
Raisin (tired) — 100 g
Chocolate (any) — 200 g
Gelatin (instant) — 25 g
Jelly (bag, green color) — 90 g
Grapes white (large, for ornament)
Granulated sugar — 1 glass
Vanilla sugar — 1 packaging
Preparation:
1. First of all we dissolve gelatin in 150 ml of hot water. According to the instruction we dissolve jelly in 300 ml of hot water. We leave everything to cool down.
2. Crackers it is broken in half.
* It is possible to take other crackers, then to break small.
3. In bowl or pan we pour out sour cream, we fill sugar, vanilla sugar and properly we shake up. When weight is shaken up, we add the cooled-down gelatin and we shake up once again.
4. Chocolate bar (it is better to cool previously in the freezer) by means of knife it is small broken.
5. With sour cream we add cracker and the steamed-out raisin to bowl. Properly we knead.
6. We get split mold. We spread 1/3 our creams. Accurately we strew it with chocolate. On chocolate we spread one more part of cream and again we strew with chocolate. Then we spread the remained weight.
7. We put form in the refrigerator for hardening for 30 minutes. While cream stiffens, we get grapes, we cut it on halves.
We get pie from the refrigerator, beautifully we spread on it grapes halves. Grapes are filled accurately in with green jelly.
8. We put in the refrigerator before full hardening. It is possible to leave in the refrigerator for the night, and in general 2-3 hours there are enough.
9. We get pie from the refrigerator, we remove form sides, by means of rake we transfer pie to dish. It is possible to treat guests!
