Pie Mollycoddle
Ingredients:
Apples - 5 pieces (it is better to take green)
Flour - 1.5 glasses
Yogurt - 1 glass
Desi - 150 gr.
Egg-1 piece
Baking powder
For filling
Sour cream - 200 gr.
Egg - 2 pieces
Sugar - 200 gr.
Flour - 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
We shake up egg with sugar, we add yogurt, the softened oil, baking powder and flour. We knead in homogeneous mass and, having made small side, we spread in the form which is previously greased with desi and strewed with flour or crackers as it is pleasant to whom. Apples to clear, cut with thin leaves and to lay out on all surface of dough in form.
WE PREPARE FILLING
Slightly we shake up sour cream,
2 yolks and
100 gr. sugar with flour.
Separately we beat whites with the remained sugar. We enter proteins into the swept-away weight and we mix everything the blender. We fill in apples with the turned-out filling and we strew from above with mix of sugar and cinnamon.
To bake pie of 45 minutes at temperature of 200 degrees.
