Ingredients:
for dough:
sour cream 300gr
sugar 250gr
flour 300gr
3 eggs
1 h.l. baking powder
poppy of 1 h. l.
walnuts handful
cocoa of 4 h. l.
Cream:
600-700gr are swept away
sugar 150gr
The kindled chocolate for ornament.
Preparation:
To shake up eggs with sugar, to add sour cream. To mix flour with baking powder. To connect two mixes and to mix spoon. To divide dough into three parts. To one to add 2st.l.kakao and nuts, to another 2st.l.kakao, to the third poppy. We bake three cake layers, at 180 gr, approximately for 15 minutes. We cook krem:smeshivay sour cream with sugar. We collect our tortik:pervy cake layer with cocoa and nuts we grease with cream, then light cake layer with poppy, again we grease with cream. To cut cake layer with cocoa on cubes, to dunk into cream and to lay in chaotic order from above. To water with the remains of cream cake. To kindle chocolate and to water over the swept-away cream. To put pie in the refrigerator for couple of hours, one night better.
