Oladushki Magnificent

Oladushki become on curdled milk, sour milk, kefir, boiled fermented milk – the word on any fermented milk products. Main three secrets: amount of soda, quantity of flour and amount of oil when frying.

We take amasi half-liter, we put in it two eggs, to taste of sugar and salt, and we shake up the soda TEASPOON mixed with flour. Then we add couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, and still we pour torments. I do not give total quantity of flour – be guided by dough consistence: it has to be dense. From spoon it has to flow down very slowly and reluctantly.

We fry our oladushka practically in hot fan. We pour more vegetable oil, we heat it to hot and we spread tablespoon small groups dough. Dough in oil has to be half submersed almost. Still watch fire – these oladushka broil from small to average. If too add – oladushka will be outside brown, and inside crude.
