Italian cuisine: risotto with smoked salmon
Ingredients:
320 g of rice for risotto (preferably to the vialena of nano (Vialone Nano))
200 g of smoked salmon
1 small bulb
1 cube of Knorr for fish broth
Preparation:
For a start prepare broth, using cube for fish broth (way of preparation look on packaging of cube).
Cut small onions and fry to golden-brownish state on olive oil. Then literally within 3 minutes fry rice. Start pouring in gradually small portions in the prepared broth. As soon as the portion of broth was absorbed, pour still. Having poured in all broth, leave rice to prepare. At this time cut salmon. Leave a little for giving, add the rest to risotto. Council: add fish to the prepared rice removed from fire that the salmon has not started preparing. Mix and give hot. Decorate with specially left salmon.
