House ice cream
Ingredients:
500 ml of milk
300 ml of cream (33-35%)
3 yolks
150 g of sugar
the rest on your taste
(coffee, chocolate, berries)
Preparation:
1. Milk to boil and cool to room temperature.
2. To shake up yolks with sugar, and to add a little milk to them, then to pour them in other milk. To put on small fire before solidification constantly stirring slowly. It can be checked if to run over spoon finger and there will be trace.
3. To put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4. Cream to shake up and add to milk, to continue to shake up.
5. To put in the freezer for 3 hours, to get and shake up (that ice cream would turn out homogeneous, but not small pieces of ice), in 3 hours again to repeat.
12 hours can also be eaten.
