Ingredients:

Potatoes - 1 kg
Onion (100g) - 1 piece
Salt - 1 teaspoon
The black pepper ground - ? teaspoons
Vegetable oil - 100 ml

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Portions: 8
Caloric content: 217 kcal for the portion

Preparation:

Peel potatoes and quickly rub on small grater that it has not managed to darken.
Also grate onions or crush by means of the blender and add to potato. If you have grade of potato which quickly darkens, better each polished portion at once to mix with onions.
Merge potato juice or take out spoon.
Salt and pepper dough.
On the warmed frying pan with vegetable oil accurately spread on tablespoon of potato dough.
Fry on average fire till golden-brown color from both parties.
