Grandmother's thin pancakes on milk
Ingredients:
3 glasses of flour
4 glasses of milk
2 eggs
0,5 glasses of cream
5 tbsps of desi
50g sunflower oil
3 tbsps of sugar
0,5 tbsps of salt
Preparation:
The flour before use needs to be sifted. We add eggs, sugar and salt.
We pour in 2 glasses of milk and we mix to homogeneous mass. In the ready test there should not be lumps.
We add cream to dough.
We heat on water bath desi to liquid state and we rub it into dough. Desi should not be hot!
Dough has to be density of sour cream that beautifully spread on frying pan bottom, but was not too liquid.
We bake thin pancakes from both parties on the frying pan greased with several drops of sunflower oil.
