Gentle pie egg in your beer with semolina – the recipe which is not inferior to the original
Ingredients:
For dough:
Desi – 150 g
Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 1 glass
Cognac – 1 tablespoon
Flour – 1 glass
Eggs – 3 pieces.
Soda – 0.5 h. spoons
For cream:
Milk – 2 glasses
Sugar – 1 glass
Semolina – 3 tablespoons
Desi – 250 g
Lemon – 1 piece (or the lake of 5 h. spoons of citric acid)
For syrup:
Water – 1 tablespoon
Cognac – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
For glaze:
Dark chocolate – 100 g
Desi – 50 g
Preparation:
1. Carefully we pound desi with sugar, we drive in eggs, we add cocoa, soda (surely extinguished vinegar, lemon juice or citric acid), cognac (at will), properly is mixed by spoon all ingredients.
2. We add flour to the received weight and again we mix everything.
3. We spread ready dough in form, we put in hot oven (180-200 C) and we bake about 25-30 minutes. By tradition we check readiness of cake layer toothpick or match.
4. We prepare syrup further: in kastryulka we pour in water, we pour sugar and we warm up on small fire to sugar remelting. Syrup is cooled and we pour in cognac (besides – to taste).
5. Thoroughly we impregnate ready hot cake layer with syrup from above and on each side.
6. Then we prepare cream. At first we cook cream of wheat, we cool it, we add polished dried peel of one lemon and we shake up in the blender or the mixer
7. We pound desi with sugar, we connect to cream of wheat and again we shake up. That cream has turned out homogeneous, we shake up its mixer some minutes, having put on gas, on small fire. Ready cream is left to be cooled for 20-30 minutes.
8. On cake layer we spread cream and it is accurately leveled by knife.
9. From above we water pie with glaze. For its preparation on water bath (or in microwave) we kindle tile of dark chocolate and we mix chocolate paste with desi.
The ready pie egg in your beer prepared according to the recipe with semolina, we put for about 6-8 hours per cold to become impregnated.
