Egg cutlets
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs - 6 pieces.
Green onions - 1 bunch
Semolina - 2 tbsps.
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
Fennel - 1 bunch
Vegetable oil for frying - 2 tbsps.
Salt - to taste
Preparation:
Boiled eggs it is grated on large grater in deep bowl.
There we put small cut fennel and green onions.
We pour flour and semolina. We salt and add sour cream. Carefully we knead.
From the received weight wet hands we form cutlets.
We spread them on frying pan with the warmed vegetable oil.
Also we fry from both parties to golden crust.
We give hot.
