Dough-enclosed sausages
Ingredients (on 6-8 pieces):
6-8 sausages
200 ml. warm milk
30 gr. desi
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 egg
1 h. sugar spoon
0.5 h. salt spoons
1 h. spoon with hill of yeast powder
2-2.5 flour glass
Preparation:
1. In warm milk to dissolve yeast and sugar, so far to set aside aside.
2. To kindle oil, to mix with vegetable oil, salt and egg, then to add to milk with yeast, in the portions to add sifted flour to knead smooth dough, to form sphere, to oil vegetable, to shift in deep bowl, to cover and allow to approach in heat 1 hour.
3. To lay baking tray parchment, to grease with desi. To divide ready dough into 6-8 parts, to wrap sausages in dough and to lay on baking tray, to cover with film and to allow to stand minutes 10, the oven heats up so far.
4. To heat oven on 180 degrees, to grease sausages with egg, to bake till golden color.
