Chocolate-coconut pie
Ingredients:
Egg (dough) — 4 pieces
Sugar (6 tbsps in dough + 6 tbsps in stuffing + 2 tbsps glaze) — 14 tablespoons.
Cocoa powder (3 tbsps in dough + 2 tbsps glaze) — 5 tablespoons.
Flour — 3 tablespoons.
Soda — 0,25 h. l.
Milk (stuffing 1 stak. + 5 tbsps glaze) — 1,25 stak.
Desi (100 g in stuffing + 20 g glaze) — 120 g
Coconut flakes (stuffing) — 200 g
Liqueur (impregnation) — 5 tablespoons.
Preparation:
We divide eggs into egg whites and yolks. We add 1 tablespoon of sugar to yolks, we pound. We pour the remained sugar (5 tbsps) into proteins and we shake up.
To protein whips it is added the pounded yolks, cocoa, flour, soda (to extinguish!).
We spread in greased form and we bake at 180 gr. I baked about 30 minutes, but everything depends on oven. We allow dry biscuit to cool down.
For preparation of stuffing it is mixed together in kastryulka all components (sugar, milk, oil, coconut flakes) and we heat, stirring slowly, on small fire, minutes 10, weight will be condensed and will start lagging behind walls a little. We cool.
We cut dry biscuit in half, we impregnate with the liqueur mixed with water (dough very gentle is absorbed instantly). We impregnate as it is possible more carefully, the pie should not be dry. We spread stuffing on half of cake layer (I wanted to shake up still it the mixer, but has remembered it just now; it has all the same turned out very tasty). From above we cover with the soulmate.
We cook glaze. We put milk, sugar, cocoa powder in kastryulka, we cook some minutes before solidification, stirring slowly. We add oil, we mix also the directly hot we pour out on cake.
Here such cake has turned out. It is better to leave it for the night in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
