Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 1/2 glasses
- Cottage cheese of 700 g
- Sour cream 150
- Granulated sugar 1 glass
- Milk 0.3 glasses - 5 eggs
- Vegetable oil 0.5 glasses
Preparation:
1. Cottage cheese is processed by the blender, adding to it sour cream - about 100 g. The main thing - to receive from cottage cheese smooth weight without grains.
2. To divide eggs into egg whites and yolks, to beat whites in foam in half of glass of sugar. To add to protein whips consistently 1/2 glasses of flour, 5 remained yolks and 1/2 glasses of flavourless vegetable oil. Part of weight - in form with high walls.
3. To add the prepared cottage cheese to the rest of weight. To salt weight, to add 1/2 glasses of sugar, 1/3 glasses of milk, vanilla sugar. To knead weight the mixer and carefully to pour out in form over the first layer. The first layer will inevitably rise at the edges.
4. To put in the warmed furnace for 40-60 min., to bake at 180-200. In process the pie rises, getting korichnevary shade. Having got it from the furnace, to grease with the sour cream mixed with sugar - 50. smetany+2 sugar spoons. To put in the switched-off cooling-down furnace.
5. To lay out on pie fruit and/or berries - fresh or tinned. To fill in them with jelly - two glasses of syrup in which fruit and 1 glass of the dismissed gelatin were scalded (2 tbsps of gelatin on 1 glass of water).
