Azu in Tatar
Ingredients:
- meat - 500 g,
- onion - 1-2 pieces,
- pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pieces,
- potatoes - 6-8 pieces,
- garlic - 1-2 segments,
- tomato paste or ketchup - 1-2 Art. of l,
- bay leaf,
- salt,
- pepper
Preparation:
Meat to wash out, cut straws and slightly to fry in cauldron in the warmed vegetable oil.
To add the onions cut with thin half rings and to fry meat with onions to softness of onions.
To add tomato paste, cucumbers, small cut or grated on large grater, and it is a little water or broth and to extinguish baking plate cover to readiness of meat.
In separate frying pan to fry potatoes cut by straws.
When potatoes are almost ready, to shift it in cauldron with stewed meat, to add, salt, pepper, laurel leaf and the garlic passed through garlic press or small cut.
Carefully to mix and stew potatoes with meat to readiness.
