Authentic recipe of the Italian Tiramisu

Ingredients:
500 ml of dense (double) cream for beating
30 g of grated bitter chocolate
biscuit (ladies') fingers cookies, or savoyard
250 g of mascarpone cheese
300 ml the hot welded espresso
50 ml of wine of grade Marsala
3 teaspoons of cocoa powder
3 teaspoons of icing sugar

Preparation:
Lay out cream, mascarpone, wine and icing sugar in bowl for beating. Shake up to consistence of whipped cream. Dip each cookies into hot coffee and lay out one layer on dish bottom. From above lay out layer of the shaken-up cream, powder with grated chocolate. Make 3 more same layers. Close dish food wrap and put in the refrigerator minimum for 3 hours. Before giving powder with cocoa powder.
