Violet salad
Ingredients:
300gr. smoked ham – to cut with straws.
200 gr. prunes straws (it is better to choose with sourness if prunes sweet, portion to reduce)
400 gr. fried with salt and pepper of champignons,
300 gr. fresh cucumber straws,
200 gr. Korean carrots,
mayonnaise
Preparation:
1. We stack everything layers and we coat with mayonnaise: ham, prunes, mushrooms, cucumber, carrots.
2. Violets are made of the garden radish painted with juice of blue cabbage
3. Leaves it is spinach, sides are imposed with cookies salty
