The baked potatoes with cheese
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2 pieces
Oil - 100 g
Parmesan cheese - 100 g
Vegetable oil
Cream (dense) - 60 ml
Hard cheese - 60 g
Salt - to taste
Take 2 potatoes and properly wash up them
Make cuts (not up to the end), as shown in drawing.
Cut Parmesan cheese and oil small slices, and enclose in potatoes alternating cheese and oil
Send potatoes to the oven warmed to 200 degrees and bake within 45 minutes. Then get and water with cream.
After that strew with grated hard cheese and send to oven for 15 minutes
At the end potatoes can be decorated with greens
