Oatmeal cookies

Oatmeal cookies
Ingredients:

• 175g wheat flour (pour out a little on subheat) - 180g
• 75g oat flour - 100g
• 85g desi
• 185g sugar - 70g sugar and 100 g of honey
• 1 bag of vanilla sugar (10g) - took vanillin, on teaspoon tip
• 25g raisin
• 1\2 tsps without cinnamon hill
• 1\3 tsps without soda hill
• 1\3 tsps without salt hill
• 50-75g waters
Preparation:
1. Warm oven to 210C.

5. Roll in layer with thickness 5mm and cut out cookies round dredging by the 55-60th. They should be spread out on baking sheet at distance 1 cm from each other. 6. Bake at 210C minutes 12-15, to zarumyanivaniye. It is possible to bake less if love very soft cookies.
