VANILLA PUDDING

Vanilla pudding

Vanilla pudding

Ingredients:

Milk - 2 2/3 glasses
Sugar — 1/2 glasses
Corn starch — 1/4 glasses
Salt — 1/4 teaspoons
Vanilla bean — 1/2 pieces (or 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract)
Egg — 1 piece



To bring 2 glasses of milk to the boil in pan of the average size. To mix sugar, starch and salt and in bowl. If you use vanilla bean, take seeds and add to bowl.


Gradually to add the remained 2/3 cups of whole milk. Do it in the small portions that in weight lumps were not formed. To shake up nimbus. To add egg and to shake up.


As soon as milk begins to boil, remove pan from fire and slowly add corn mix. Return pan on fire and to cook, stirring slowly. As soon as mix begins to boil, cook 1 more minute, and then switch off fire.


To mix mousse with vanilla extract if you use it, and to divide pudding between 6 portion bowls. To put in the refrigerator to stiffen for the term of about 2 hours.
