Smoky beer and cheese sauce
Ingredients:
Desi - 55 g
Flour - 1/4 glasses
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Red Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoons
Black sprinkling pepper - 1/4 teaspoons
Wheat beer (it is more preferable Belgian (Blue moon)) - 1/2 glasses
Chicken broth - 1/2 glasses
Grated not strong cheese - 220 g
Cream + milk - 3/4 glasses
Worcester sauce - 1 teaspoon
In average kastryulka kindle desi. Add flour and mix. Prepare 2-3 minutes. Add garlic powder, paprika, paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Shake up to mix.
