The pork chops stuffed with spinach and gorgonzola
Ingredients:
4 pork chops without bone
Gorgonzola (crumb) – ? glasses
Spinach – 140 g (small to cut and extinguish)
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Heat frying pan on average fire. Mix cheese with the prepared spinach. Salt and pepper chops. On each chop lay out ? stuffings and fold double.
2. Fry on olive oil to brown crust from both parties.
