Ingredients:
- 300gr-vegetable marrow
- 1 carrots
- 1 onions
- 1 tomato
- salt
- pepper
- fennel (any greens)
- 50gr-cheese
Sauce:
- 2 eggs
- 100ml-milk
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
1. To clean vegetable marrow to remove seeds, to cut with half rings it is thin, onions, carrots, tomato half rings.
2. Baking pan to oil, lay out carrots with onions, vegetable marrow, tomato to salt, pepper a little and to put in oven for 15 min. at 200gr.
