Goulash

Goulash

Ingredients:

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 2 pieces
Garlic teeth - 4 pieces
The pork foot cut with cubes - 900 g
Fragrant paprika - 3 teaspoons
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Water - 1,3 l
Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
Dry to majors - 3 teaspoons
Ground caraway seeds - 2 teaspoons
Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoons
Potatoes - 3 pieces


Pour oil in big pan, warm up


Small we cut onions (a lot of onions are required) and add on frying pan. Roast until it becomes soft.


Clean and cut garlic. Add garlic to pan and fry within 2 more minutes.


Add the cut meat to pan and fry


Fry it will not change color from all directions so far


Add allspice and a little salt


Then add water, mix, bring to the boil


Add to spice pan: tomato paste, to majors, caraway seeds and black pepper, we mix.


Cook about an hour (goulash thus moderately boils). In 40 minutes prior to readiness add the peeled and cut potatoes
