Poppy pie without flour
Ingredients:
Poppy – 240 g
Icing sugar – 110 g
Sugar – 80 g
Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Ground cloves – ? teaspoons
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Dried peel of 1 lemon
6 whole eggs
4 egg whites
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
1. In big bowl lay out poppy, icing sugar, cinnamon, carnation and baking powder. Carefully mix.
2. Add dried peel, eggs and oil. Shake up nimbus so far mix will not start foaming slightly.
3. Beat egg whites so far they will not become white, then gradually to vsypta sugar and continue to shake up to steady peaks.
