Vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation:

To cut eggplants in cubes, to prisolit and allow to stand minutes 7 that the bitterness (I them has left also has filled in with water).
To cut potatoes straws and to fry in vegetable oil to readiness (to set aside separately).
To fry meat together with onions. To postpone in separate bowl. To roast the washed-out eggplants together with the pepper cut by stripes.
