Crunchy rabbit in mustard

Ingredients:
2 legs (hip) of rabbit
Dijon mustard – 4 tablespoons
Bread crumbs
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Preparation:
Generously grease rabbit with mustard and roll in in crackers. Heat oven to 200 degrees. Oil dish for roasting olive and put to get warm in oven. When oil starts hissing, lay out in dish of rabbit and bake 20 minutes, turn prepare on the other side of additional 15 minutes.
Give with stewed or fresh vegetables and glass of wine.
