Crostino with smoked fish and cream cheese
Ingredients (for 8 portions):
8 small pieces of bread
200 g of smoke-cured salmon
120 g of cream cheese
small bunch of fennel
8 slices of cucumber
Preparation:
1. In frying pan on average fire we warm 1 tbsp of olive oil. We put slices of bread in frying pan and we fry on the one hand to crisp, about 1 min.
2. Fish we sort on small slices fork.
3. Fennel is small cut.
4. We put fish, cream cheese and fennel in bowl. We mix.
5. We put fish mix on bread, we decorate with slices of cucumber and we give
