Strawberry and crimson pie

Products:
biscuit:
eggs of 3 pieces.
sugar of 6 tablespoons.
desi of 150 g
kefir or it is swept away 100 g
flour 2 glasses
baking powder 1 bag

cream:
cream of 350 g
rikkota or any cottage cheese cheese of 250 g
icing sugar of 2-3 tablespoons.
raspberry of 200 g
sugar of 2 tablespoons.

jelly:
jelly dessert with taste of strawberry 1 package (50 g)
gelatin 1 package (10 g)
water of boiled 0,4 l
rum of 1 St of l.

Preparation:

To shake up eggs with sugar, to add soft oil and kefir, continuing to shake up, gradually we add flour with baking powder.
Dough as on fritters.
Split mold (I have 25 cm) to oil, strew with flour.
It is possible to bake one big biscuit and then to cut it on 3 parts or at once to divide dough and to bake each cake layer separately at 180*.
Strawberry to wash up, dry and cut each berry in half lengthways.
In boiled water to dissolve gelatin and bag of strawberry jelly. Gradually heating, to wait for full dissolution, to add rum. To cool.
To Malines (it is possible frozen) to fill up with sugar, to warm up on slow fire, stirring slowly, to sugar remelting, to wipe through sieve.
- Quite thick mashed potatoes will turn out.
- To reduce cake layers in the diameter up to 20,5 cm. I have covered suitable by the size and cut off excesses sharp knife on circle. (photo 5)
- For cream to shake up cream with icing sugar, carefully to mix to them ricotta.
To lay bottom of split mold food wrap or paper for pastries (that did not leak jelly)
On bottom from split mold (without sides) exactly in the center we spread the first cake layer, we grease it 1/3 raspberry purees and we apply cream 1/3, we cover with the following cake layer, we repeat operation, we cover with the third cake layer and we grease the third cake layer only with mashed potatoes.
Accurately we put on pie open sides for form. In the turned-out gap between pie and board of form (not to close!!) we spread halves of cheesecakes, it is dense to each other, cut to pie (tails down)
Only after that we close ring on the lock. From spoon on circle we water jelly cheesecakes. (at first it is a little, that the lower cake layer not razmok).
We clean in the refrigerator for some minutes. Then we water still jelly (almost to top of cheesecakes) we allow to stiffen.
Now we spread the second row of strawberry (tails up) in intervals between berries of bottom layer. We fill in jelly to pie top. We put to stiffen.
The remained cream is spread in pastry bag, and by means of nozzle we decorate pie top. In core we spread strawberry. We clean in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Before giving to strew strawberry with icing sugar.
