Cottage cheese balls
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese – 250 g
Concentrated milk – ? glass
Cardamom pinch
Beet juice – 1 teaspoon
Desi – 2 teaspoons
Preparation:
· Knead cottage cheese. Warm frying pan on desi and lay out cottage cheese, concentrated milk and prepare on small fire. As soon as mix starts getting denser, add cardamom and switch off fire.
· Lay out the prepared cottage cheese in bowl and divide into 2 parts. Add teaspoon of natural color to one – beet juice – and carefully mix.
· When cottage cheese has cooled down stick together from white cottage cheese small balls, and then roll in them, having made cover of pink cottage cheese. It is possible and vice versa.
