Vienna cookies
Ingredients:
200 gr unsalted butter of room temperature,
3/4 cups of icing sugar (chashka=240 ml),
4 yolks,
3 tsps of vanilla essence,
2 cups of flour,
450 ml of strawberry jam (or any other)
Preparation:
1. We shake up oil and icing sugar to kremoobrazny state.
2. We add yolks and vanilla essence.
3. It is well mixed to uniformity.
4. Gradually we add flour.
5. We knead dough. It has to it will turn out rather elastic and should not stick to hands so flour can take more or less therefore we add it gradually, approximately on 2 tbsps. We roll out 2 spheres, one ball has to be slightly more than another. We clean ball which is less, in the refrigerator, having inwrapped it in food wrap.
6. We heat oven to 180 degrees. We dim baking tray baking paper. Exactly we distribute dough on the area of baking sheet, doing small sides.
7. We distribute jam according to dough.
8. On large grater we grate from above leftover dough. We clean in the warmed oven approximately for 20-25 minutes until pie slightly is reddened.
