Spicy currant buns
Ingredients on 10-11 rolls:
100 ml of warm milk
100 ml of warm kefir
1 egg
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
0.5 h. salt spoons
35 g of desi
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 h. spoon full of yeast powder
2.5-3 flour glass
0.5 raisin glass
to taste:
the ground - cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg
Preparation:
In warm milk to dissolve yeast, so far to set aside aside.
To fill in raisin with hot water for 5 min., then to merge water, to dry raisin on napkin, to mix with flour pinch.
To kindle desi, to pour in bowl, to add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and egg, it is good to stir everything.
With yeast to add kefir to milk and a little sifted flour, to mix, pour in mix of oil, egg and sugar, to add spicery and portions sifted flour, at the end of batch to pour raisin, to knead soft dough, to form it in sphere, to oil vegetable, to shift in bowl, to cover and allow to approach 1 hour.
To lay baking tray the oiled parchment. Dough to press down, divide on 10-11 slices, to form any rolls, it is possible small knots or simply round.
To lay rolls on baking tray, to cover with film and to allow to stand 15 min.
To heat oven on 180-200 gr.
To grease rolls with egg, it is possible to strew with sugar or poppy.
To bake till golden color.
Rolls turn out - remarkable, fluffy and remain soft even next day.
