RICE WITH PORK AND VEGETABLES.

Rice with pork and vegetables.

It is required to you:

Long-grain rice - 300 g
Salt - 1.5 teaspoons.
Pork neck - 400 g
Onions - 100 g
Segment garlic - 3 pieces
Ginger fresh - 5 cm
Carrots - 100 g
Red paprika (paprika) - 1 piece.
The green peas frozen - 100 g

Preparation:

1. At once put to cook rice in the added some salt water. When it is ready, cast away on colander. Any grades of long-grain rice will approach.
2. Cut pork in cubes of 2-3 cm in size.
3. Fry meat on hot frying pan before formation of brown crust. Shift meat to plate.
4. On the fat which has remained from frying of pork slightly fry (1-2 minutes) small cut shallot and the crushed garlic, then add the ginger root cleared and rubbed on small grater.
5. Add the carrots cut in small cubes and paprika, put green peas (fresh or frozen). Prepare everything together, stirring slowly, 10-15 minutes.
6. When vegetables become soft, return meat to frying pan and put rice. Salt, mix and prepare 5-7 more minutes.
