Rice pudding
Ingredients:
Rice of 0,5 St.
Vanilla in pods of 0,5 pieces.
Milk of 1,5 St.
Fat cream of 0,5 St.
Sugar of 120 g
Rice pudding with pod and seeds of vanilla, milk, cream and sugar.
To cut vanilla bean in half in length and to scrape off seeds.
To mix seeds and vanilla bean, rice, milk, cream and granulated sugar in small pan and to put on average fire.
To bring to the boil and to cook, periodically stirring slowly, to readiness of rice (20-25 minutes).
To remove from fire. To get and throw out vanilla bean.
To spread out pudding on plates and to give hot or cooled to room temperature, having put from above a little cream.
