Puff salatik
Ingredients:
- liver chicken or veal (boiled) - 350gr
- cucumbers marinated - 1 bank
- eggs - 4-5 pieces.
- carrots - 4 averages
- onions - 4 average heads
- mayonnaise
- oil for frying
Preparation:
- to BOIL calf's liver, then to rub on large grater, chicken softer it can be cut with small straws (I have grated chicken liver on large grater)
- to cut cucumbers in small cubes
- carrots to boil and rub on large grater
- to cut onions with small cubes and to fry on frying pan with addition of oil till golden color
- to boil eggs, to separate proteins from yolks, to grate proteins on large grater
- to leave yolks for ornament
to stack layers in the following order:
- liver of 1/2 portions to miss the mark with mayonnaise
- onions of fried 1/2 portions
- cucumbers marinated 1/2 portions
- carrots to miss the mark with mayonnaise
- proteins to miss the mark with mayonnaise
- the remained liver, onions, cucumbers and to miss the mark densely with mayonnaise
- from above to strew with the yolk grated on small grater.
