Potato graten

Ingredients:

- Potatoes - 600-700 g.
- Cream of 10% - 400 ml.
- Any cheese (at me Gouda) - 150 g.
- Salt - to taste

Preparation:

1. All you need to do is, it to polish potatoes and to cut coins. It is too thin it is not necessary, and about a millimeter 4-5 will be enough.
2. To bring cream to the boil, to add some salt and send there potato. To allow to boil on small fire within 5 minutes and to remove from fire.
3. To grate cheese on large grater.
4. In any heat resisting form to lay out layer-by-layer, if necessary to dosolit: potatoes layer, cheese layer (leave cheese handful for this purpose then to powder from above). We do not touch cream yet. Thus potato has to go the most upper layer.
5. As soon as all layers are laid out, to fill in all this with cream. To cover form with foil and to bake within 15 minutes at 180 degrees. After that foil to remove, strew from above with the remained cheese and to wear out even minutes 10-15.
