Pampushkas with garlic

Ingredients and preparation:

To knead dough from 250 ml of water, 500 g of wheat flour, 2 tbsps of vegetable oil, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar and the whole bag of yeast powder (11 g). We leave dough in warm place for hour. Then we divide into small slices, we mold from them balls, we spread on the oiled leaf and having covered with towel we allow to stand minutes 20-30.

Meanwhile we include oven, temperature 220C. We grease pampushkas with frothed eggs and we bake till golden color (minutes 20-25). To clean some zubochok of garlic and potoloch in mortar with salt, to add slightly vegetable oil and slightly water. Ready pampushkas it is greased with this mix and we allow to cool down completely. 19-20 pampushkas turn out. Very tasty!
