Meat pie

Ingredients:

for dough:
desi — 1/2 stak
sour cream — 1 stak
egg — 1 piece
soda for pastries — 1/4 ch.l
salt — 1/4 tsps.
flour — 2,5 stak

for stuffing:
mutton — 450 gr
lokovitsa — 2 pieces
potatoes — 2 pieces
salt — 1 tsp.
black pepper — 1/2 tsps.
kumin — 1/2 tsps.
egg — 1 piece

Preparation:

1. In average bowl to mix the kindled butter, sour cream, 1 egg, powder for pastries and salt.
2. To add the first 2 glasses of flour and to look, whether it is possible to knead very soft dough which will not stick to hands or to bowl walls. If it is not enough, to add the remained flour and to continue to knead.
3. To divide dough into 2 parts. One part has to be a little less, than another. Wrap them polyethylene film and put aside. To warm oven to 375F.
4. Is thin to crumble onions.
5. Cut meat and potatoes on small cubes. Add spices and properly mix everything.
6. Roll the most part of dough on leaf for pastries, previously having strewed it with flour. We fill pie with stuffing. Leave a little place at the edges. We close stuffing the second part of dough, we seal edges.
7. We mix egg with small amount of water and we coat with brush upper part of pie.
8. Make small cuts. Bake pie till golden color.
