Ingredients:
Ground beef – 500 g
2 pieces of long loaf
Garlic – 2 cloves
Fresh chopped parsley
Grated parmesan – ? glasses
Milk – 2 tablespoons
Egg – 1 piece
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
In the blender. Cut bread on cubes. Shake up parsley and garlic in the combine. Add parmesan and shake up again. In the small portions add bread cubes, then forcemeat and at the end of egg, milk, salt and pepper.
Hands. Cut bread. Mix grated cheese, the squeezed-out garlic, the cut parsley, salt and pepper. Hammer eggs and pour in milk. Mix and at the end add forcemeat. Mix fork or hands.
Stick together balls from the received forcemeat and fry on frying pan or under broiler (7-9 minutes) to brown state.
