Cinnamon breakfast rolls
Ingredients:
Flour – 1,5 glasses
Granulated sugar – ? glasses
Baking powder – 1,5 teaspoons
Salt
Nutmeg – ? teaspoons
Egg – 1 piece
Milk – ? glasses
The desi (kindled) – 85 g
For topping:
The desi (kindled) – 120 g
Granulated sugar – ? glasses
Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Heat oven to 175 degrees and grease form for cakes with desi. Mix egg, milk and the kindled oil (not more hotly!).
Mix egg, milk and the kindled oil (not more hotly!).
Mix dry ingredients.
.... also add to egg molokno - oil mix.
Carefully mix.
Pour dough in forms
Bake about 20 minutes (to golden crust). Cool.
Mix cinnamon with sugar in small to bowl. At first dip each roll in the kindled oil
Then drop in sugar and cinnamon mix.
